Reservation and Confirmation

• To secure a booking for desert safari and buggy tours, customers must make a reservation through our official website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, or in person.
• A valid email address and contact number must be provided for communication and confirmation.
• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful payment.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and secure online payment options.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility is as follows:
  • 24+ hours before tour departure: 100% refund (minus a 5% bank fee).
  • 12–24 hours before tour departure: 50% refund (minus a 5% bank fee).
  • Less than 12 hours before tour departure: No refund.
• Tour departure times are confirmed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

• Customers can request to reschedule their booking at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Cancellations after rescheduling are not eligible for a refund.

Tour Participation Requirements

• Participants must adhere to age and health requirements as specified for each Safari and Buggy tour.
• All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide.

Liability and Insurance

• The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• Participants are advised to have personal insurance coverage.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit or unable to participate safely in the tour.

By confirming a booking, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this policy. We may update this policy without prior notice, so please review it periodically.

Buggy Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Payment
   • The full rental amount must be paid in advance to secure the booking.
2. Authorized Areas
   • The rented buggies must be used only in designated and authorized areas.
3. Conduct during Rental
   • Customers must not use the buggies to disturb others or engage in reckless behavior.
4. Responsibility for Harm
   • The hirer is responsible for any harm caused to themselves or others while using the buggy.
5. Insurance
   • TripsArabia is not responsible for any accidents or injuries and does not provide insurance coverage for the rental.
6. Damage and Repairs
   • If the buggy is returned damaged, the hirer will be charged for repair or replacement costs.
7. Third-Party Usage
   • The hirer is responsible for any damages or accidents caused by anyone other than the named person on the rental invoice.
8. Late Returns
   • If the buggy is not returned at the agreed-upon time, additional late fees will be charged.
9. Unauthorized Use
   • If the buggy is used outside the authorized area by request, the hirer is responsible for returning it. Failure to do so will incur recovery charges.
10. Accidents and Penalties
    • If the rider causes the buggy to overturn, even without damage to the vehicle, a penalty of AED 5000 will be charged.

By signing the rental agreement, the hirer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the above terms and conditions.
